A full demolition and rebuild of the existing deck and fence system was completed to improve the layout and usability of the backyard.
The new two-tier structure was built using pressure-treated lumber for the framing, providing long-term strength and resistance to outdoor conditions. The deck surface was finished with a composite material for a low-maintenance alternative to traditional wood.
Glass railings were installed to create a clean, open look while maintaining safety and visibility.
