This project focused on enhancing the front entrance of a recently renovated home by adding custom-built pillars to create a more defined and balanced look.
The structure of the pillars was built out using spruce to achieve the required size and proportions. Once the base form was established, the exterior was clad in Extira, a durable material designed for long-term outdoor performance.
The design was guided by the proportions of the existing front door to ensure the new pillars felt integrated with the home. Pine was used for finishing details to complete the look.
The result is a more substantial and refined entrance that improves curb appeal while maintaining consistency with the home’s overall design.
