A custom cedar pergola was built to enhance the front entrance of a downtown condo ahead of its grand opening.
The structure was constructed entirely from cedar, including long-span boards over 24 feet in length. Structural screws were used throughout to meet code requirements while maintaining a clean appearance.
Custom wood detailing was added to the beams and upper structure to complete the look. The result is a durable pergola that improves both the function and appearance of the entrance.
